1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another confirmation call when your order will be shipped. There will be an exception during holidays as orders take more time than usual to process (around 15 days).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): EGP 100 to certain governorates in Egypt.
3. Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship only within Egypt.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation call once your order will be shipped.
5. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. We can ship to P.O. boxes via our Standard Shipping option.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic orders, Kitchenia Stores is responsible for all applicable taxes.
